This guide 'WikiFY' referred to hereafter as 'the wiki' is a living document provided to you by the Addenbrookes Post Graduate Medical Centre. The wiki is provided for the purpose of centralising knowledge of specialities and posts within the hospital to enable future foundation programme trainees to be able to acclimatise faster to the positions they are filling.

Users should be aware that information is in the public domain, please feel free to share, but be aware that anything that you share or write can be tracked back to you and will reflect badly on you.

Anything you write should be in line with the Trust Information Governance Policy available here.

Use of the wiki is provided via a unique user login. This login is composed of the following components:

YY-SSS.F

• YY: Two digit year of start
• SSS: The first three characters of your surname
• F: The first character of your first name

Login access is for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed in any manner.

You should not access the Wiki using a user account that is not your own, or share your credentials with anyone.
